We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AURUM provides real-time and historical price data for commodities, metals, energy, and foreign exchange rates, localised for 15+ countries. The service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference purposes. You must not:

• Systematically scrape, harvest, or extract price data for commercial redistribution without written permission
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers that place unreasonable load on our servers
• Reproduce or republish AURUM's proprietary analysis, Gold Pulse scores, or original written content without attribution and permission
• Frame or mirror this Site on another website without prior written consent
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, access restricted areas, or reverse-engineer the Site
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Provide false or misleading information when interacting with any AURUM service or contact form

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including, without limitation, the AURUM name, logo, branding, Gold Pulse methodology, written analysis, user interface design, code, and compiled datasets is the property of AURUM and/or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Raw price data (numerical spot prices) is factual information and not subject to copyright. However, our selection, arrangement, presentation, and analysis of that data is proprietary.

You may share individual price data points for personal non-commercial purposes with attribution to AURUM (aurumrates.com).

5. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Relationships

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including gold dealers, bullion platforms, and financial service providers. These links may be affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

AURUM does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Your use of linked sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AURUM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Pro / Subscription Services

If you subscribe to any paid AURUM service (when available), additional terms governing subscription, billing, cancellation, and refunds will apply and will be presented to you before payment. Billing is handled by Stripe, Inc. — AURUM does not store payment card details.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We will always seek to resolve disputes amicably. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including:

• EU/UK consumers: EU Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections apply
• Australian consumers: Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010) protections apply
• Indian consumers: Consumer Protection Act 2019 protections apply
• Canadian consumers: Provincial consumer protection legislation applies
