This policy explains every cookie and tracking technology used on AURUM, and how to control them.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies including localStorage, sessionStorage, and web beacons. This policy covers all of them collectively as "cookies".

2.3 Third-Party Geo-Detection (functional, minimal)
To show you gold prices in your local currency, your IP address is sent in a single request to geojs.io (primary) or ipinfo.io (fallback). AURUM does not store your IP address. If both APIs fail, your browser's timezone is used — no external call is made.

All modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies (localStorage) may cause AURUM to lose your region preferences and portfolio data:

Opt Out of Google Analytics
Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent your data being used by GA4 across all websites.

California (CCPA) — Do Not Sell My Personal Information
AURUM does not sell personal information. If you are a California resident and wish to exercise CCPA rights, email privacy@aurumrates.com.
5. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The last-modified date at the top indicates the latest revision. Email privacy@aurumrates.com with any questions.
